이번 4월 14-15 부산 아시아태평양 국제 안과학회(APAO)에서 연자로서 영어로 발표하여 성공적인 학회개최에 도움을 주어 감사하다고 학회주최 위원회에서 보낸 감사의 편지입니다. 준비하느라 애쓴 보람이 있네요^^

Dear Dr. Byoung Jin KIM,
... On behalf of the APAO/SOE 2012 Busan Organizing Committee, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for your enthusiastic participation, which greatly contributes to the success of the Congress.
This year over 2,100 lectures were delivered by more than 1,700 distinguished speakers from the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, North America and beyond.
We hope that this year's congress has served as a valuable platform for professional as well as academic exchange.
I am extremely grateful to the 118 conveners and coordinators of the Scientific Program Committee, who have made painstaking efforts to create over 250 exceptional scientific sessions. It was truly an honor to hold the APAO/SOE 2012 together with you. The Congress would not have been successful without your participation. In particular, we hope that the APAO/SOE 2012 has introduced new speakers and has encouraged more to participate in the coming APAO Congresses.
Please feel free to share with us your opinion and advice on how to further improve the APAO congress. We will ceaselessly strive to elevate the standard of the APAO Congress and to make it the best-known event in Ophthalmology.
